Error shows up when reply a blog post

On windows7 , IIS 7.0, 2.3.1.6. When reply a blog post, it leads to a error page. I have tried it in Vista and it shows the same message. The error looks like this:

Server Error in '/' Application.

The parameter 'address' cannot be an empty string.

Parameter name: address

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.ArgumentException: The parameter 'address' cannot be an empty string.

Its hard to know about that error since there is no stack trace. Maybe more detail is in the mojoportal log or the event viewer of the machine.

If I had to guess I would say the error happens whhen it tries to send the blog comment notification. Check the blog settings, do you have it configured to send notification? Do you have a valid email address set for Blog Author Email? Do you have a correctly configured smtp server?
