I just wonder whether we can make a duplicate site from a base/existing site. It's just making new site using the menu, skin, images, contents of the existing site. to give complete seamless experience, I want to make  a German site following english one. As I already have full content and design ok, I'd make a duplicate of this for German. I'd just edit the text, not any other part.

Does it make sense?
