Customize Survey Pages

Is it possible to customize the survey pages that are displayed when doing a survey?

I have been asked if we can put a graphic on each page, and possibly a heading. Is this possible?

Only thing I could suggest it to use a different skin on the survey page and include what you want in the layout.master.

I have no plans for further improvements to the survey feature since I plan to implement support for surveys in Form Wizard Pro.
