Support of custom roles for multiple user communities

Support of custom roles for multiple user communities

I have a need to support three different user communities in the portal. Each user will fall into one of these communities - example, buyer, seller, and partner. Each of these communities need to see different content. Is there a way to accomplish this in mojo?

In addition, users should continue to be able to use the MyPage feature to customize their page as necessary.

Hi,

For the main content syste you could create roles corresponding to buyer, seller, partner, and add users as appropriate to their roles, then use roles to filter view permission on pages.

However, for anything you make available in MyPage, there is currently no role filtering, any content exposed via MyPage is basically published for public consumption by any user.
