What is the best way to implement a WorkFlow (WCF) within mojoPortal? What we needs is all content before the external user can view it, it has to be approved by our Compliance Department and each department can edit content of their own.
Thanks in advance.
Sorry, I meant WWF, instead of WCF.
Hi I implemented this on my site but never really used. Anyway, the way I did it was to manipulate htmledit.aspx and the code behind, you may also want to tweak the Sproc for this, anyway Joe's working on this feature I think so I'd just wait if I were you, to maintain integrity on your files and for upgrading purposes.

I have plans to implement workflow on the road map. Though it is currently possible to have an approval process using the strategy on the bottom of the page about Roles and Permissions.
Hope it helps,
Joe
