Re: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Web.Preview

Hi Ken,

We include the Microsoft.Web.Preview.dll in the /bin folder with mojoPortal. I would verify it exists in your installation. If it does exist and it can't load it from the bin, then you must be running in Medium Trust. In that case you need to install it in the GAC (Global Assembly Cache) on the server for it to work. Google for gacutil to learn how to install it in the GAC.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Re: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Web.Preview

If all else fails you could probably comment references to that out of the Web.config from the <pages><controls> section and from the assemblies section.

As far as I know, the only thing we use the Microsoft.Web.Preview.dll for is so that WebParts (used only in the MyPage feature of mojoPortal) can work in Firefox and Safari, otherwise it just works in IE.

Hope it helps,

Joe
