About VS 2008...

Hi Joe.

I thinking about to install VS2008, and uninstall VS2005. I want to know if I will get any problems when working with mojoPortal and deploy into mono. I must keep in VS2005, or I can go head into VS 2008 ?

Thanks in advance.

Re: About VS 2008...

Hi Ruben,

It should work no different than VS 2005. I use VS 2008 everday, but I use MonoDevelop to compile for Linux, so not not sure if the build made by VS will work. It "should" work if you use the MONO compiler directive, but I have not tested it recently as I usually just build it on Linux for Linux.

Hope it helps,

Joe
