After your help with my installation problems, I have now started using the package on my multisite installation.
On three occasions now, after saving a form, my site becomes unavailable. Checking through my Arvixe control panel, I find that the application pool has stopped. Starting it brings the websites back up, and I can use the forms.
Have you come across anything like this before? I have checked the system log, but nothing stands out.
