Page features not showing up in Site #2

I Wonder if this is a known problem or something I have done wrong.

I have set up a site # 2 on my main site, but have only the HTML-feature to Select from, when I will setup the pages for the site.

In my mainsite, everything looks fine.

Go to the main site Administration > Site List

click on the child site to get to its site settings

see the tab where you can add features to the child site

you will not see this if you go to site settings from the child site, it has to be done from the master site
