I tried creating folders based multiple websites as per given instructions.

Sites are getting created - but facing following problems -

1.  Not able to apply separate theme/skin to subsite. Though I am selecting different skin - its not getting applied.
2. There is no separate option to create pages in subsite.

Please help.
