Member List Administration

I'm facing the following problems by testing the MojoPortal:

  1. Is it possible to allow roles ONLY to approve user registration (not the entire user information like "Roles that can manage users")?
  2. If Janrain is used it does bypass the "Require Approval Before New Users Can Sign In?". The user immediately can log in and become a Authenticated Users with permissions.

Did I miss something or is that the expected behavior?
