Link button in CKEditor

I am not sure if what I did is correct but I am wondering if anybody could give me any clue with link of CKEditor?

I am using CKEditor to create the document now, however, whenever I click the "Link" button to try to create a hyperlink of the special statement, the Link screen showed up but It cannot be configured correctly through any button no matter if it is OK or Cancel. Seems that the link screen is "FROZEN" which makes the whole editor broken. Does anybody has the same problem before?

By the way, I am using the newest version of mojoportal 2.4.0.0, thanks.

There are some known issues with the version of CKeditor that shipped in mojoPortal 2.4.0.0 and IE 11. They released an update to CKeditor with some fixes for IE 11 on the same day we shipped mojoportal 2.4.0.0 so it did not get into our release but we have updated in our source code repository.

We will be shipping a new release of mojoPortal very soon that has an updated version of the editor. In the meantime I suggest try a different web browser or use TinyMCE

Seems IE always makes problem:) Tried Firefox and works fine now.
