Everything looks like it updated fine, however on the setup page I have the following:

There was a typo in the upgrade script. I've just fixed it an re-uploaded the mysql data layer package for version 2.3.9.7. If you re-install the mysql data layer scripts and visit the setup page again it should solve the problem
