Janrain RPX fails GoogleID user ID registration

I've just updated my site to 2.3.9.4, so I don't know if this is new, or just something that hasn't been an issue until now. I have a new user who's tried to register with the site using the JanRain RPX feature, and their Google ID. I can replicate the error when trying to create a new account with my Google ID, but not with Facebook, Twitter or Yahoo. The error that shows up in the log is as follows:

"The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or a non-whitespace character among the padding characters"

Anyone else run across this? As I mentioned, it's not erroring for new accounts created with Yahoo, Twitter or Facebook.

That is strange, maybe a temporary issue at Janrain. There is nothing provider specific in the mojoPortal code (that is the main benefit of Janrain, we don't have to implement any of the providers, their api abstracts that stuff) so that is my best guess.
