Hi Joe,

I downloaded the 2.2.3.8 MSSQL release, created an empty db, opened the site to the setup & it configured everything properly.  I immediately went to add a new user.  When I click Save, I get the following error:

Interestingly enough, the user IS added.  If I go back to the Member List, the new user is there.
