Before I start, GREAT platform, thank you all. I have had a bit of a battle trying to get the Live Messenger Chat working on my site, having followed the instructions, it loads fine on the page, shows my status and name, and then when I click on "begin a conversation" in the chat box below nothing happens and send is greyed out... Now on the Messenger side I've made my profile public etc. etc., but I'm not sure whether to pursue the messenger side of the settings or something I've just not done in Administration.

If anyone else has had a problem like this could you please share a pearl of wisdom?  Many Thanks.
