In Role Administration the "Add existing user to role" form isn't very user friendly when you have a lot of users in a role. I have a role with 330+ users and the from appears five screens down. A non technical user would be at a loss to find it. This could be solved by paging the listed users on role administration or by centering the pop up from in the center of the visible screen instead of the center of the displayed html.

You can also add users to a role by finding the user in the member list and clicking manage user then click the Role Membership tab.

I've added an item in our project tracker to improve the Role Administration page but in the meantime the approach of doing it from the user management is a good workaround.
