Mobile Kit Pro: Can't switch to Non Mobile View

Mobile Kit Pro: Can't switch to Non Mobile View

Hi Joe,

I have just installed the mobile kit pro on my dvelopment site to test customer's skin before its final release.

I am browsing the site with iPhone 4 (iOS 5) and I can't switch to non mobile view from the Tools menu: by tapping the link it goes back to the mobile skin.

Perhaps I missed something in the setup procedure.

Hi Diego,

Does the file exist in the root of the site Redirect.aspx ?

The link simply links to that page which toggles a cookie and then redirects.

Is the site online where I can try it?

Does it work for you on this site and on the demo site?

Yes Redirect.aspx is there.

Hi Diego,

When I view your site using an iphone 3 or my new iphone 4s it works as expected as does this site.

I wonder do you have something blocking cookies on your phone or some privacy settings that might block cookies?

That's right!!!

Safari settings on my iPhone 4 were set to NEVER accept cookies!

By changing the settings to accept cookies always or at least from visited sites the mobile/non mobile view switch works fine.
