Issue on edit page with panes after upgrade

Hi, I have just upgraded a site from ver 2.3.5.8 to  2.3.7.0 all appears to be working well except for page edit.

When I edit a page the left, center and right panes in one column on top of each other, rather that 3 columns side by side.

Any suggestion as to what this is and how to resolve it. I suspect a CSS issue, I have refreshed the page and no joy.

Any thoughts and thanks in advance.

Excellent. 

I had done a bit of searching for the solution but obviously not enough.

Point to note for those who have the same issue. The changes did not take place after saving the files or refreshing the pages. The site had to be restarted in IIS before they took affect. I suspect that this implies the issue is resolved with changes to style.config
