Form Wizard Pro css issue

I'm using the latest versions of mojoportal and the form wizard pro on windows/iis. The issue I'm having is that while on firefox my form and input css classes are applied  both chrome and ie 7-9 ignore my css classes.

Re: Form Wizard Pro css issue

Now that I rebooted my machine twice it looks like IE is seeing the css change, for some reason I'm unable to clear my cache on ie and chrome for windows without requring a couple of reboots, even when I try clearing my cache from within IE.
