Child site's folder name appears twice in search results

Hi All,

I've recently followed the articles below to setup two related sites based on folder names:

Supporting Muliple Languages
Hosting Multiple Sites Based on Folder Names

True to mojoPortal it was quick and easy but I've bumped into a small problem. Searching from the child site, I get search results with links that contain the child site's folder name twice.

For example, running a search from  www.somesite.com/de, should return results with links like this: www.somesite.com/de/somepage.aspx

But I get links like this: www.somesite.com/de/de/somepage.aspx

(Here is a real example of what I mean: http://www.avidlanguages.com/de/SearchResults.aspx?q=sie)

I've tried rebuilding the site index from the parent site and the child site but it didn't fix the problem.  I've verified that the index files are being regenerated. Also, I don't see this problem on my development machine (running the same code base), which could suggest a configuration problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jonas
