Site Will Not Load in Safari (Mac or Windows)

I have a website (www.harveysgourmet.com.au) it works fine in IE and Chrome but when I try to load it in Safari on windows or MAc I get the following error:

We're sorry but a server error has occurred while trying to process your request.

The error has been logged and will be reviewed by our staff as soon as possible. It is possible that the error was just a momentary hiccup and you may wish to use the back button and try again or go back to the home page.

The site has just been installed and is very basic/empty at the moment.  Any ideas what could be causing this?

Re: Site Will Not Load in Safari (Mac or Windows)

Hi Linda,

I think you are seeing a cached page in IE and Chrome. I just tried it in FF4 and IE9 and it failed in both. Check the log at \data\currentlog.config for help with the error message.

HTH,
Joe D.

Re: Site Will Not Load in Safari (Mac or Windows)

Thanks Joe,

Downloaded the log and stated there was an "Out Of Memory" exception.  Have logged the problem with the hosting company.  Sorry for the hassle.

Thanks,

Linda
