Shared Files Feature "Add Files" button problem With IE

Shared Files Feature "Add Files" button problem With IE

OS: Win XP Pro

Database : MS SQL 2008 R2

MojoPortal Version: 2.3.5.8 MSSQL
 

Add "Shared Files" feature to any page and run page in IE (6, 7 OR 8) . Click on "Add Files" button nothing will happen. It should open file selection box to select files to upload. Working fine with firefox 3.6.x . Only issue with IE. Please let me know if the issue is specific with my machine of other are having the same issue. Please help. Thanks.

I cannot reproduce this problem on my machine using Win 7 x64 and IE 8 nor using IE 7 compatibility mode.

I would recommend trying different skins and see if it is a problem related to your skin, also I would try from other machines to find out if it is a machine specific issue.

Thanks for your reply . I tried on my home machine and it is working. It is definitely machine related issue as I am using same skin here. Sorry to disturb you.

but I have Win 7 at my home and at my workplace I have XP. I will try on another XP machine and update this post.
