  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Two bugs in Admin - ManageUsers.aspx page

mojoPortal Version : 2.3.5.6 MSSQL
Operating System : Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7600.0  (Windows 7)
ASP.NET Info : v4.0.30319 Running in Full Trust

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Open the page /Admin/ManageUsers.aspx and just click (Create User) .

1) Should not do full post back, Since there is required fields .

2)  New tab appear (News letters Tab) that was hidden and should stay hidden .

Thanks for the bug report.

This is now fixed in the source code repository so it will be fixed in the next release.

The main problem was it was missing the validationgroup on the button so it was not doing the client side validation, it did validate on postback but then it should not have shown the newsletter tab because it is not meant to be shown until after the user is created.
