I wonder if this would also help me -- I can't seem to define a forum in 2.3.5.8, it tells me I don't have access to do any such thing. And yes, of course, I was signed in -- I signed out then in again, to make sure.

yes you can fix this by downloading version 2.3.5.8.b and then just replace all the files in the /bin folder, no other files were changed.
