When posting in this forum, please try to provide as many relevant details as possible. Particularly the following:

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Create Site Error Message

Windows 2008 R2 Server, MSSQL Version 10, MojoPortal Version 2.3.9.9, .Net 4.0

When I tell MojoPortal to create a new site, I get a error page that doesn't say anything useful.  When I look in the Site List, the site appears in the list.  So, did it fail to copy something or what?  This didn't happen with 2.3.9.7.

Start with Basic Troubleshooting to find out error details.
