Shared Files: Change Date not updated by uploading a new file attachment

Hi Joe,

This is a minor problem.

Changing the file attached to a shared file record with the new drag and drop option does not update the change date of the record unless you force the update after the upload.

This is now fixed in the source code repository so it will be fixed in the next release.
