"Unclickable Menu Items" appears broken as of 2.3.8.1

As stated above, it appears that the documentation here: Unclickable Page Links no longer applies, as of the current version. I have applied the EnableNonClickablePageLinks="true" attribute to the stylesheetcombiner in layout.master, and have the checkbox in the page settings. Unchecking it appears to have no effect on a page at the root of the menu.

Best always, guys!

Re: "Unclickable Menu Items" appears broken as of 2.3.8.1

Hi Duane,

Did you see the notes at the bottom of the Unclickable Menu items article about TreeView? If you are using a TreeView menu you have to add unclickable as a custom CSS class for the page menu. Most of the included skins are using TreeView.

See also the article How To Make a Parent Page Link to a Child Page. The Redirect Solution may be a good alternative.

Hope that helps,

Joe
