Sponsorship Program

mojoPortal is now seeking sponsors to help fund the project.

After two and a half years of working on mojoPortal in my spare time I have formed Source Tree Solutions, LLC and committed myself to full time effort in advancing the project. Obviously this plan can only succeed if revenue can be generated so please consider becoming a sponsor to help ensure the success of this venture and the continued improvement of mojoPortal. Currently we  are seeking Development Sponsorship and Advertising Sponsorship.

Development Sponsorship

Development Sponsorship is financial sponsorship of a feature or sub project to implement new functionality that integrates with mojoPortal. Sponsors will be listed and linked to from this page and will have strong influence on the development process to ensure that the feature is implemented in a way that will meet their needs. The resulting feature will become part of mojoPortal and will be licensed under the Common Public License.  Sponsoring open source development can be much more economical than implementing features using your in house developers or consultants. We will consider sponsorship of any size, but a project will only be considered fully funded when we have enough sponsorship to pay for the full development effort. We will seek additional sponsors for projects until they are fully funded and fully funded projects will receive the highest priority of development effort. If you need a web application or feature developed that is specific to your industry, it may not be re-usable in the mojoPortal project. However, you can still save a lot of time and money building on mojoPortal and depending on availability you can hire me to implement it.

Advertising Sponsorship

We are also seeking a few Advertising Sponsors to help generate revenue. Please contact me for details if you would like to advertise on this site. Alternatively you can also advertise on this site through Google. However we can provide better ad placement for a few sponsors. I don't want to saturate this site with advertisements though so availability is limited.
